To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

📩 How to Request a Return
Contact us at zenkaicarpets@outlook.com within 15 days of delivery. If approved, we will provide instructions and a return label if applicable.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
📃 Non-Returnable Items

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.
🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
